Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the industry-standard per-kilo rates unless a higher value is declared in writing before transit begins. 2. Transit & Forwarding Obligations

For forwarding setups, CON-AM WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC. acting as an agent requires accurate documentation. Any delays caused by incomplete customs paperwork or incorrect weight declarations aren't our responsibility. You'll need to ensure all cargo manifests match the physical load perfectly. Accuracy is the engine of speed.

3. Warehouse & Storage Terms

When using our Warehouses for Freight Transportation, storage fees are calculated on a daily volumetric basis. We hold a general lien on all goods for all charges and expenses due. Failure to clear accounts within 30 days may result in cargo liquidation to cover costs, though we'll always try to avoid this scenario. Transparency matters to us.
